We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing organization, who will focus on selling specifically to corporate legal departments. The Account Executive will be responsible for increasing Law360’s brand awareness through developing new relationships, B2B cold calling and contacting leads acquired from trial users.
Establish new contacts; create a pipeline and develop business relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users
Identify competitive advantages through understanding how existing clients leverage Law360
Communicate value; present to prospects through phone calls and webinars.
Conduct prospecting via phone and email campaigns to create viable sales opportunities
Create accurate and timely forecasts to enable transparency of information
Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in information services, news, financial services, technology, or subscription sales
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and credibility
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action
High level of professionalism and ability to interface with key decision makers and executives
Proven track record of exceeding company objectives and quotas
Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
