Principle Responsibilities
  • Market Morgan Financial’s loan programs to local Real Estate Agents, Builders, Financial Planners, etc…
  • Focused on lead generation (let our loan officers close the deal)
  • Market to existing Morgan Financial databases.
  • Build new relationships, in a specific territory, with Real Estate Agents, Builders and Financial Planners.
  • Attend Open Houses, meet with Real Estate Agents and other appropriate business functions.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing and Business Development Lead.
  • Under no circumstances will the Business Development Representative engage in any of the following tasks: Quoting rates; Offering or negotiating the terms of a mortgage loan; Taking a mortgage loan application; Any other activities that require a Loan Originator License.
Activities
  • Office visits
  • Office meetings and presentations
  • Conduct broker open houses
  • Contact database
  • Assist in developing consistent marketing materials
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 Years of outside sales experience
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills are essential
  • Must be a self-starter who is reliable, detail oriented and has the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Marketing savvy / interest in Marketing
