Distributed Batch Programmer

Job Description:
Distributed Batch Tuning. Looking for a resource to tune the batch jobs.
Job Duties:
- Analyze legacy client-based systems.
- Review existing batch programs an d related dependencies.
- Analyze and document business rules, processes and batch procedures.
- Evaluate and document batch procedures and dependencies to support efficiency, optimization and transformation efforts.
Skills/Experience Required: - 7+ years Distributed batch programming experience.
- Working with different distributed architectures - DB2, oracle, terradata, hadoop structures
- Batch Processing
- Experienced in troubleshooting practices and procedures
Skills/Experience Desired:
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
- Financial Services industry experience a must (Wealth Management preferred).
