Facility & IT Regional Manager
About the Role
Essity North America is currently searching for a Facility & IT Regional Manager for the Northeast region of the United States. The Facility & IT Regional Manager is responsible to implement, deliver and maintain IT Services and Facility Management services for a cluster of locations across the southern U.S. The role is responsible for the operations of all Workspace Services and for improving and monitoring the performance in their region. The ideal candidate will work out of the Essity Philadelphia office.
What You Will Do
Responsible for managing and delivering all Facility Management (FM) and IT services agreed within the scope of workspace services, to internal customers in the region.
Manage a local and remote team of FM and IT professionals who define, develop, and/or maintain information systems and office services within the organization.
This includes production sites and offices. Services may include collaboration tools, maintaining hardware and software for internal customers, their physical Essity locations including all facility, meeting and guest services.
Prioritize, assign and follow-up tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that customers are satisfied.
Contribute to the development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes through participation in projects and initiatives led by the services development teams.
Accountable for customer satisfaction and continuous efficiency improvements for all services within their scope.
Accountable for budget and forecast content, and to secure good cost management within own area. Provides input to regional budget.
Responsible to secure close cooperation between the different organizational units across the matrix organization.
Ensure that IT and Facility Management services are delivered in line with Essity’s Information Security standards and policies. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the team(s).
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in IT related field(s)
5-7 years in relatable experience
Network experience is a requirement
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
Managerial experience preferred
Microsoft Office365 Suite, Windows 10
