T2 Tech Group is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven program manager with strong project and product management competencies. The program manager will be responsible for defining and driving strategic alignment with IT leadership, IT departments and business process owners to ensure various needs are identified, prioritized, validated and communicated through a multiyear strategic roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project and program management experience with PMI/PMP. This role requires strong technical acumen, a highly collaborative approach, a deep knowledge of project methodologies and processes, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Successful candidates will have the proven ability to drive flawless execution of programs and overall portfolios by delivering successful results and being accountable for delivery metrics. This includes a successful track record in the analysis and management of finances, schedules, resources and value realization.
Deliver solution justifications and business cases, including investment alternatives to support project prioritization and budget planning
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Ensure key stakeholders (both internal and external) are aware of agreed upon and committed changes
Manage the relationship with the internal customers and all key stakeholders across the portfolio
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors to ensure quality delivery of outsourced components
Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company’s values, code of ethics and conduct, and applicable compliance policies
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of project management tools and processes used with the delivery lifecycle
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs
Over 10 years of project and program management experience with PMI/PMP
BS in Computer Science or other related technical discipline
Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure technology and healthcare applications
Prior experience in risk identification, management and mitigation, and change management procedures
Demonstrated ability to work on and manage challenging projects with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve objectives with limited supervision and guidance
Ability to manage agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio and equivalent planning tools
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
