Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Understanding the organization of the database of buyers working directly with our head Agent • Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home • Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market • Follow up with agent's clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, engagement with communities, and prospecting (cold calling) leads. • Participates in planning and executing community events • Utilize your creativity to find opportunity where others can not see it! • Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. • This is a role revolving 100% around service! Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Current and valid Real Estate License in Kansas or in the process of obtaining one. • Have or easily obtain membership with the SCKMLS • Have or easily obtain Supra eKey • A reliable vehicle is necessary • Hard-working • Personable • Resilient • Intelligent • Flexible • Honest • Passionate about helping others • Willing to learn About Company: We are in the business of helping people - we just sell real estate!
