The Part Time Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving and staging the correct parts and materials from our suppliers within a timely manner for projects with our customers. This role significantly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.
Receive and open shipments of parts from suppliers for steam trap repairs and installations
Document and track parts arrival to ensure accuracy of delivery and inventory
Pull parts and materials requested for projects
Accurately and efficiently stage parts for each individual project
Ship parts to Field Technicians or job sites
Maintain the overall organization of the warehouse and adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines
Requirements
Comfortable with part time hours (2pm-6pm, M-F)
Experience picking/packing or shipping/receiving of products, parts, or materials
Ability to work autonomously while juggling multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills
Comfortable lifting 50 pounds
