The Benefits Strategy & Development team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ value proposition through the creation of new member benefits and offers.
We are looking for a talented Senior Manager II to support development and execution of Walmart+ Exclusive Access Merchandising Events. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.
What you’ll do…
Support all stages of benefit development (from concept to validation, to production through launch) and optimization of the Exclusive Access benefit; independently drive key workstreams within execution and launch phase.
Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute all Walmart+ exclusive access merchandising events, with heavy coordination with merchandising, site operations, product, design, engineering, finance, etc. Own full-year event calendar and socialize with key internal stakeholders.
Analyze business metrics and member behavior to ensure benefits are being utilized and are adding value to Walmart+ members. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 6 years' experience in strategy, business development, merchandising, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
